Je beheert de volledige B2C-klantreis, ontwerpt e-mailtemplates en landingspagina's, segmenteert op gedrag en lifecycle en bouwt geautomatiseerde flows voor post-purchase en win-back. Samenwerking met marketing, design, product en ecommerce staat centraal.
