We are seeking an Affiliate Specialist to support the growth and performance of Shark Ninja’s presence on Social Commerce sites in the Benelux.

This role will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and execution of Social Commerce strategies—working closely with internal teams and creators to drive product visibility, engagement, and revenue. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, high-priority social commerce channel at an innovative, consumer-first brand.

• Support the day-to-day execution of Shark Ninja’s Social commerce affiliate programme in the Benelux by identifying, onboarding and engaging creators and partners that align with brand objectives.

• Assistin the delivery of affiliate campaigns designed to drive product visibility, engagement, and sales, following direction set by theTikTok Shop lead.

• Maintain close communication with affiliate creators, offeringtimelysupport, responses to business-as-usual questions, performance insights, and creative guidance to optimise results.

• Monitor affiliate performance using Tik Tok Shop’s native analytics and internal dashboards and other platforms when relevant, flagging trends and insights to the Affiliate Manager for optimisation.

• Manage administrative tasks such as partner tracking, commission setup, contentapprovalsand compliance checks, ensuringaccurateexecution and reporting.

• Stay informed on emerging trends, creatoropportunitiesand competitor activity to help shape campaign execution.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of affiliate workflows and partner processes, supporting team efficiency and scalability.

• Embody Shark Ninja ’sbrand values in all external interactions and serve as a key point of contact for affiliates and creators in the market.

• At least2years’ experience in social media, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or performance marketing, ideally within eCommerce or consumer brands. Experience in Tik Tok Shop Affiliates is advantageous

• An understanding of Tik Tok’s ecosystem and content trends

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

• A strong commercial acumen and results driven

• A motivated self-starter who is ambitious & curious, with a desire to testnew ideas

• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a variety of styles and personalities

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a proven track recordof being able to multitask
