Project Manager, Client Relationship Management

We are seeking a Project Manager to support our Client team in driving a range of strategic and creative projects from briefing to delivery. In this role, you bring structure, clarity and momentum to multidisciplinary teams, while managing client expectations and safeguarding the quality, timing and budget of each project. You are a calm and confident communicator, comfortable working with international c-level clients and able to connect strategy, creativity and production in a fast-moving consultancy environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day coordination of creative, strategic and production projects from briefing through to delivery
• Translate project goals into clear planning, priorities, milestones and ways of working for the team
• Manage client expectations through proactive communication, clear decision-making and regular progress updates
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, resourcing and deliverables, ensuring work stays on track and risks are flagged early
• Coordinate internal team members, freelancers and production partners, creating clarity on roles, responsibilities and next steps
• Contribute to strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs, spotting opportunities and helping the team deliver consistently high-quality work

You

• Have at least 4 years of experience as a project manager, creative producer or client manager within a creative agency
• Have experience managing design, animation, digital content and 3D visualisation projects
• Have strong communication skills, are highly organised and have a keen eye for detail
• Are curious and never settle for the easy way out
• Believe in teamwork and value diversity of thought
• Are a pragmatic, self-driven and proactive individual, who wants to get things done but can also see the bigger picture when needed
• Are fluent in written and spoken English, preferably a native speaker

This will be a 6 month contract with the possibility to extend beyond this period.
