Work Flexibility:
Hybrid Join Stryker’s Acute Care team and take responsibility for one of Medical’s most visible product portfolios across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. As Associate Brand Manager, Patient Care, you will combine strategic brand management with hands‑on execution, using market and commercial insights to identify growth opportunities and support the continued adoption of our Patient Care bed portfolio.

- Lead the Patient Care bed brand across EMEA, supporting the strategic direction and execution of initiatives designed to drive portfolio growth, adoption and differentiation.
- Develop annual marketing plans and longer‑term portfolio roadmaps in partnership with regional and local marketing teams, aligned with global strategy and growth, profitability and market share objectives.
- Analyse business performance, total addressable market, margins, pipeline and market opportunities to identify growth priorities and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
- Create scalable marketing campaigns, tools, assets and best practices that regional teams can adapt to their local markets.
- Partner with regional product managers, local marketing teams, sales leaders and sales teams to respond to market needs and translate field insights into actionable portfolio initiatives.
- Support regional product lifecycle activities, including product launches, phase‑in and phase‑out activities, positioning, messaging and pricing.
- Develop customer engagement and education initiatives with Marketing and Education partners, including events, congresses, training programs and other scalable EMEA activities.
- Present portfolio strategy, product information and commercial priorities to internal and external audiences, including presentations to sales groups of approximately 60 people.
- Required Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience.
- Professional experience within a B2B environment.
- Fluency in English, additional local language is a plus.
- Preferred MBA.
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare or B2B marketing.
- Experience developing marketing plans and measuring marketing performance.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Contract:
Fixed-term maternity cover, currently expected to run until approximately August/September 2027. - Territory:
Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). - Travel:
Travel requirements during the fixed‑term assignment may vary. The broader scope of the position can involve approximately 60% travel across EMEA, with approximately one trip to the United States per year. - This is an individual contributor position with no direct reports. You will work within a geographically distributed EMEA team and collaborate closely with Patient Handling, regional product managers, local marketers, sales teams, sales managers and Education partners.
- Netherlands Pay Ranges:

Work Flexibility- Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace.
- Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.
- Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.
- Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
