JOB PURPOSE

DEPT® is looking for a Senior Integrated Campaign Producer to join an embedded client marketing team. This person will own multiple campaigns from initial request through launch and reporting. They will translate high-level business needs into clear, strategically grounded briefs; lead creative and cross-functional teams through development; and ensure work is aligned, high quality and substantially ready before it reaches senior client stakeholders.

The ideal candidate combines strong project-management skills with strategic and creative judgment. They can operate autonomously, challenge work that is off-brief or below standard, manage changing priorities and take full ownership of delivery without requiring daily client direction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Translate high-level business requests into clear, actionable campaign briefs

  • Define campaign objectives, audiences, key messages, deliverables and measures of success

  • Lead project kickoffs and debriefs, resolving gaps and answering team questions

  • Manage multiple campaigns across creative development, reviews, approvals, production, QA, publishing and reporting

  • Review copy, design and execution against the brief, customer need and expected quality standard

  • Provide clear, consolidated feedback and constructively challenge work that is not strong enough

  • Ensure work is substantially developed and requires only focused input from senior client stakeholders

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage priorities, timelines, dependencies and changing requirements

  • Provide clear updates on progress, decisions, risks and next steps

  • Identify and resolve problems independently, escalating only when broader support or decisions are required

  • Apply campaign results and learnings to improve future work

  • Hands-on experience building and launching campaigns within notification platforms, including targeting, personalization, URLs/deep links and other technical campaign configurations.

  • Ability to troubleshoot campaign-build and publishing issues, including JSON-based configurations, through QA and successful deployment.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Seven or more years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, digital production or a related discipline

  • Experience independently managing campaigns from brief through launch

  • Strong strategic and business judgment, with a customer-focused mindset

  • Confidence reviewing copy and design and providing clear, constructive direction

  • Excellent project-management, prioritization and problem-solving skills

  • Experience leading creative, development, QA, publishing and other cross-functional partners

  • Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills

  • The ability to turn ambiguity into clear direction and actionable plans

  • A proactive, entrepreneurial approach and strong sense of ownership

  • The ability to operate autonomously across multiple projects in a fast-moving environment

  • Experience working within an embedded or highly integrated client-agency model is preferred

WE OFFER
  • A flexible, hybrid working policy

  • An excellent salary based on experience and equal pay policies

  • Mental health support, and company sick pay scheme.

  • 15 days paid holiday annually (plus Public Holidays).

  • Refreshments are provided in the office all week, as well as drinks at 4 pm on a Friday.

  • Enhanced family friendly policies to support new parents.

  • Social and Cultural Events, plenty of opportunities to connect with colleagues through organised activities and celebrations.

  • Inspirational Talks, bringing the outside in with regular guest speakers and events.
