• Deliver an annual Performance Media roadmap and vision to the business
• Lead the EMEA lower-funnel strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Shopping
• Connect investment allocation across channels and campaigns to business priorities and performance
• Create a regional approach to key calendar moments balancing short-term revenue growth with long-term marketing goals and customer acquisition
• Act as the regional Performance Media champion for Global and Local marketing counterparts
• Lead the annual briefing process for Performance Media agency Brave Bison
• Set clear KPIs, expectations, and direction aligned with business objectives
• Foster working relationships with agency leadership and ensure governance and team motivation
• Identify and develop business cases for new channels and market opportunities, particularly Agentic Commerce and AI Discovery
• Manage the RACI and line management of the Performance Media team
• Build regional expertise and support team member growth
  
  Build strong connections with other Paid Marketing Managers
• Align Performance Media plans with CRM, Organic, and Key Account teams
• Work with Internal Analytics teams to create data-driven measurement beyond last-click solutions
• Bridge Performance Media and the eCommerce Team
• Ensure media investment decisions are grounded in commercial performance and supported by data
• Report key campaign results to Senior Business Leaders using industry research and category trends

• Relevant experience in performance marketing and strategy, ideally in a brand or agency environment
• Proven experience developing region-wide Performance strategies and roadmaps
• Ability to translate data and insights into actionable business decisions
• Significant expertise across Paid Search, Social, Programmatic, Shopping, and Display channels
• Strong marketing and commercial acumen across brand and revenue goals
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to translate complex channel details into clear actions for senior leadership
• Agile and proactive approach with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading agency relationships
• Experience managing internal teams and developing team members
• Experience with campaign management, analytics, and reporting tools such as GA4, Meta Business Manager, PowerBI, Excel, and Power Point
• Clear understanding of and passion for sneakers, fashion, youth culture, and sports
• Passion for the Paid Media industry and willingness to work with new innovation opportunities
• Fluent English
• Ability to travel up to 15%
