- Drive Qonto's growth in Germany by increasing product penetration and accelerating adoption of new features
- Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for Qonto products in Germany
- Develop understanding of German customers' needs and pain points and translate them into prioritized product opportunities for the roadmap
- Establish and maintain close dialogue with customers and local teams
- Derive concrete, data-driven product recommendations from customer and market insights
- Spend time with customers and prospects on the ground and represent the German market perspective in roadmap and launch discussions
- Lead initiatives for Germany end-to-end
- Define success metrics and own impact on activation, adoption, and revenue
- Steer collaboration with 30–40 regular stakeholders across local marketing, product, Sales, Legal, Customer Success, and central functions
- Partner with the Regional Managing Director and Head of Product Marketing
- Strong market and business acumen, ideally from B2B fintech or adjacent markets
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and translate insights into strategy, messaging, and go-to-market execution
- Ability to influence without formal authority, build partnerships, and drive consensus across multiple stakeholders and teams
- Very strong communication skills in English
- Minimum professional level of German

Proven track record in driving product adoption and collaboration across diverse stakeholders while maintaining a focus on data-driven decision-making.
