Local Marketeer

Local Marketeer (Medior) for the Netherlands, you will play a key role in translating our global marketing strategy into impactful local execution. You will work closely with Global Marketing Squads and the Dutch sales team to ensure marketing initiatives are relevant, compliant, and deliver measurable business impact in the Dutch market.

In this role, you will manage local marketing channels, partnerships, and campaigns while ensuring strong alignment between global brand strategy and local market opportunities.

Translating global marketing campaigns and messaging into effective local execution for the Dutch market

Identifying and activating relevant Dutch investor channels such as niche media platforms, affiliate partners, comparison websites, and communities

Managing relationships with local business partners, affiliates, and media multipliers to support lead generation and brand visibility

Identifying and collaborating with local experts and content creators for webinars, podcasts, videos, and articles to strengthen thought leadership

Planning and coordinating participation in local events, investor conferences, fairs, and industry awards

Supporting local corporate communications activities such as PR initiatives and press releases in collaboration with Corporate Communications

Monitoring market trends, investor sentiment, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the Dutch market

Ensuring all local marketing initiatives comply with relevant regulatory and compliance requirements

A commercially driven marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution

3–6 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within financial services, fintech, or investment‑related industries

Experience with multi‑channel marketing, including digital campaigns, partnerships, content marketing, and events

Strong analytical skills and experience working with performance metrics, ROI, and campaign reporting

Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across global and local teams

Fluency in Dutch (native level) and professional proficiency in English

Nice to have:

Experience working in an international organisation with global‑local collaboration

Knowledge of the Dutch retail investment landscape and relevant regulatory frameworks

Experience managing agencies, affiliates, or external content creators

Familiarity with marketing automation tools or CRM systems
