• Market Research
  :
  Identify potential customers, analyze emerging trends, and assess customer needs to inform our decision-making
• Brand Awareness
  :
  Enhance Icecat’s visibility globally through mailings, newsletters, and visuals
• Project Assistance
  :
  Support the team with meeting attendance, service presentations, coverage analysis reports, follow-up emails, and more
• Channel Media Relationships
  :
  Build and maintain connections with channel media partners for marketing purposes
• Event Preparation
  :
  Assist with event coordination, logistics, and creative input
• Lead Generation
  :
  Develop a database of leads through mailings, Linked In, cold calls, and other strategic methods
• Linked In Management
  :
  Manage our Linked In accounts, create engaging posts, interact with followers, and boost engagement for lead generation and brand awareness
• Translation
  :
  Translate content to resonate with diverse audiences, breaking down cultural barriers
• Event Representation
  :
  Represent the company at events as needed

• Passionate about technology and innovation, with an interest in our company’s products and services
• Highly creative, with a strong attention to detail
• Capable of prioritizing and multitasking
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude
• Willing to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities
• Available to work full-time for a minimum period of 6 months

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business/Sales/Marketing/(preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English with strong writing skills; other language skills considered an asset
• You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Previous content marketing experience (writing blogs, creating visual content) is considered a plus
• Available for a minimum period of 5–6 months full-time
