Creative lead & producer bij L'AGENCY

L’AGENCY is looking for a Creative Producer & Brand Lead who is excited to grow with our agency and help elevate both our client work and our own brand to the next level.

L’AGENCY is a full-service media agency specializing in influencer campaigns, content strategies, productions and brand activations. In this role, you’ll act as the link between concept, creativity and execution – working on both client projects and L’AGENCY’s own marketing.

We’re looking for someone who is creatively strong and visually driven, but also enjoys bringing ideas to life. You’ll have a lot of ownership and room to grow in a role that combines creative thinking with hands‑on execution.

You’ll work closely with the Managing Director and Account Manager, and guide a trainee/junior in execution.

• Contribute to the development of creative, PR-driven concepts and campaigns.
• Translate briefs into strong and relevant ideas (activations, PR angles, influencer integrations).
• Support and co‑develop pitch concepts.
• Stay on top of trends and translate them into concrete opportunities.

• Responsible for elevating L’AGENCY’s creative identity and positioning.
• Develop ideas and formats for our own marketing (social, branding, visibility).
• Guide a trainee/junior in executing content.
• Ensure consistency in visual and creative output.

• Support and create strong pitch decks.
• Translate ideas into clear visual directions (mood boards, mock‑ups, presentations).
• Work with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere is a plus).
• Contribute to improving the overall quality of presentations and visuals.

• Support and own productions and activations
• Coordinate activations, events and influencer campaigns and content productions
• Manage communication with external partners (production, suppliers, freelancers)
• Be hands‑on in execution when needed (from prep to on‑site)
• Work closely with the Managing Director and Account Managers.
• Actively contribute to brainstorms and creative sessions.
• Help guide and support a trainee/junior.
• Think along on how to improve workflows and output.

• 2–5 years of experience in creative PR, branding, content or production (agency experience is a plus).
• A strong creative thinker with a good sense of branding and culture.
• Visually driven and comfortable creating presentations and decks.
• Hands‑on, organized and proactive.
• Eager to learn and grow into a broader role.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solution‑oriented and takes initiative.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
