Are you a creative storyteller who can spot a great story, capture it, and bring it to life through engaging social content? We're looking for a Social Media Content Creator & Manager to own the creation and delivery of compelling content across JDE Peet's corporate and executive social channels. Working within our Corporate Communications team in Amsterdam, you'll create authentic stories that showcase our brands, innovation, sustainability journey, culture, and leadership.

From scripting and filming to editing and publishing, you'll manage the full content creation process while helping shape the voice of our executives and CEO. If you're passionate about creating content that people genuinely want to watch, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role you will:

• Create, film, edit and publish engaging social-first content across Linked In, Instagram and other corporate channels.
• Develop authentic stories that showcase JDE Peet's brands, innovation, sustainability initiatives and people.
• Partner closely with executives and the CEO to build an engaging and authentic leadership presence on social media.
• Own the corporate content calendar, from idea generation through to publication.
• Manage community engagement by monitoring conversations and responding appropriately across social channels.
• Track content performance and use insights to continuously improve content strategy and storytelling.

For this role as Social Media Content Creator & Manager
, we're looking for someone with:

• Proven experience creating social-first content from concept through filming, editing and publishing, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Excellent video production and editing skills using tools such as Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
• Outstanding storytelling and copywriting skills with fluent English.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders or executives and the confidence to create authentic on-camera content.
• Strong understanding of Linked In, Instagram and social media best practices, including content performance and analytics.
• A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to identify stories and bring ideas to life with minimal direction.
