Content & Growth Marketer NUNC Capital (incl. Ventures & Platforms)
Your mission
NUNC Capital builds, acquires, and grows companies. As a private investor, we focus on groundbreaking defense and dual-use technologies. We do this independently and with a strategic horizon. Since 2013, our international company portfolio has been growing. Every story within it deserves to be told. Sharp, credible, and visible, through the right channels, at the right time, to exactly the right people
What will you do?NUNC Capital's portfolio is organized into the divisions Ventures, Platforms, and Services. Each company has its own objectives, technology, and story. You'll make sure those stories are told clearly, credibly, and consistently.
At NUNC, content isn't a goal in itself. You'll create content that helps make expertise visible, build trust, and drive the companies' development. You'll translate complex technology into clear communication that clients, partners, and investors understand immediately. You'll create content for different stages: from thought leadership and visibility to content that helps move business development trajectories forward.
You'll work closely with the people who develop our technology. You'll translate their knowledge into content that isn't just read, but actually used in dialogue with buyers and users within Defense and Police, knowledge institutions, technical universities, partners, and investors.
Found, seen, and understood by the right audience at the right time. You'll bring structure, develop an approach that works, and build a professional content and growth function step by step.
Specifically, you will be involved with:
- Identifying themes and (creative) angles, and developing content in the form of text, image, and video for Linked In, websites, and other relevant media and channels — from concept to planning and publication
- Developing and managing content calendars for multiple portfolio companies
- Creating and maintaining pitch decks, one-pagers, product information, and web copy that contribute to the objectives of the companies involved
- Developing consistent core messages and content formats that teams can easily use
- Supporting business development with content that builds trust and moves conversations forward
- Analyzing content performance and translating insights into concrete improvements
- Experimenting with formats, distribution, and technology to continuously increase reach, engagement, and impact
- Collaborating with external specialists, for example for video or design
Why work at NUNC?
- Build the content function from the ground up. You'll have the space to set up your own approach and determine how content is organized within NUNC.
- Work directly with the Managing Partners and founders. The lines are short, you'll get a lot of responsibility, and you'll have direct influence on the direction.
- Work for multiple innovative ventures. You won't be building one brand, but telling the stories of various companies, each with its own questions and challenges.
- See the direct results of your work. Your content will be used in conversations with clients, partners, and investors. You'll see how your work contributes to new relationships, business development opportunities, and the growth of our portfolio companies.
- Contribute to technology that matters. You'll help innovative companies tell their story and thereby contribute to a safer and more technologically strong Netherlands and Europe.
You make the difference when you reason from the recipient's perspective, not the sender's. You know what a reader or target audience thinks and feels, and you create content with that in mind. You're strongly analytical and quickly get to the core, even with complex or…
