Do you enjoy coming up with creative content, editing videos and developing social media strategies? And on top of that, do you want to learn how AI and online marketing are being used in increasingly smart ways within content creation?

DGTLbase was launched in 2021 with the goal of providing clients with all aspects of performance marketing under one roof. We are a young online marketing agency where we work together every day on a wide range of projects and with different clients. We switch quickly, are flexible and are always open to learn from and with each other. Our team shares a common vision and mission: to grow together.

Will you grow with us?

During this internship, you’ll be a real part of the team, working on content, campaigns and creative projects for both DGTLBase and our clients. So no shadowing internship — this is a place where your ideas, content and creativity will actually be used.

• Creating content for Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, Linked In and You Tube Shorts.
• Editing videos for social media, ads and online campaigns.
• Thinking along about hooks, storytelling, trends and creative formats.
• Working with AI tools and automations to make content and marketing processes smarter and more efficient.
• Collaborating with the SEO & AI team on content strategies and online visibility.
• Coming up with new ideas for social media, branding and online growth.
• Supporting photo shoots, video content and creative campaigns.
• Learning how content is used within SEO, social media and performance marketing.

What you’ll learn during this internship

• How to create short-form content that holds attention.
• How brands grow through social media and online marketing.
• How AI tools are used within content creation and marketing.
• How SEO and content strengthen each other.
• How campaigns and ads are built.
• How to translate creative ideas into content that delivers results.

• You’re following an MBO, HBO or WO programme in marketing, media, creative business, communications or a related field.
• You’re interested in social media, content creation, AI and online marketing.
• You find Tik Tok, Reels and online trends genuinely interesting and you know what works on social media.
• You have some basic experience with tools like Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Cap Cut, Canva or other editing software.
• You’re creative, eager to learn and like to contribute your ideas.
• You enjoy a hands-on approach and take initiative.
• You have a strong command of Dutch and English.
• You’re available 4–5 days a week for at least 5 months.

• Internship allowance of €400 (full-time) and travel cost reimbursement.
