As a Tik Tok Shop Operator Intern(Dutch Speaking), you'll support the day-to-day operations of our Social Commerce team, helping ensure Tik Tok Shop campaigns and affiliate programs run smoothly. You'll gain hands-on experience in one of the fastest-growing areas of digital commerce by supporting creator operations, affiliate management, and livestream activities while learning how brands scale their presence through Tik Tok Shop.

You will report directly to the Social Commerce Operator and work closely with the social commerce team, gaining hands-on experience in one of the fastest-growing areas of digital commerce.

• Support the day-to-day operations of Tik Tok Shop affiliate management across multiple brands.
• Identify, research, and screen creators who are a strong fit for brand campaigns.
• Build, maintain, and update creator databases and operational trackers.
• Invite targeted creators to join affiliate campaigns and support onboarding activities.
• Assist with creator outreach and follow-up communication throughout campaigns.
• Help optimize affiliate workflows and improve operational efficiency within the team.
• Support livestream operations and other Tik Tok Shop activities when needed.

• A third- or final-year student in Marketing, Business, Communications, E-commerce, Media, or a related field.
• A strong interest in social commerce, creator marketing and the evolving e-commerce landscape.
• Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple trackers and administrative tasks accurately.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data tracking tools such as Google Sheets or Excel.
• Familiarity with Tik Tok, Tik Tok Shop, and the creator ecosystem is a strong plus.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Fluent in English and Dutch

• You must be enrolled at a university within the EU.
• You hold a valid residence permit and have a Dutch BSN.
• You are based in the Netherlands.
• Available to come to our Amsterdam office.

The internship starts on 13 September 2026 and runs for six months, with the potential to transition into a junior role. The internship remuneration is €500 per month based on full-time employment.
