As a full time Creator Affiliate Campaign Manager Intern (Dutch Speaking) at GoSpooky, you'll be at the forefront of digital marketing innovation, helping to drive our campaigns to success. You'll join our creator craft team and work on Speaky, the creator agency partner of Tik Tok, for Tik Tok Shop creators in the Netherlands. You'll sit at the intersection of creators and commerce, helping our creators grow through campaigns with different brands while learning the ins and outs of the creator, affiliate, and commerce industry.

You'll support our Dutch-focused team in the daily running of Tik Tok Shop affiliate programs, from finding and screening the right creators to building lasting relationships with them. You'll work with a range of stakeholders, researching and selecting top creators and making sure campaigns are executed flawlessly. You'll also build and maintain relationships with key content creators and stakeholders across platforms and markets, making you a crucial part of our dynamic team.

The starting date of the internship will be February, 2027.
This is a six-month internship, with the potential to transition into a junior role. The remuneration package for the internship is 500€ per month based on fulltime.

• You are pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a burning passion for creator/influencer campaign management with an interest in social commerce and e-commerce
• You are endlessly curious and always on the lookout for the next big trend in our industry. You'll get hands-on experience running affiliate creator campaigns on platforms like Tik Tok
• You are familiar with Tik Tok, Tik Tok Shop, and the creator ecosystem
• You have a knack for spotting social media trends and identifying up-and-coming creators who are generating buzz
• You are a natural connector, ready to build and grow relationships with creators in new and exciting markets
• You will learn the ropes of managing creator and affiliate relationships during campaigns and beyond
• You will refine your presentation skills and learn how to inspire and convince both internal teams and external clients with your insights and ideas
• You are excited to help turn creative concepts into reality, making every campaign a success
• You are a self-starter who is intrinsically motivated to learn, diligent, and takes initiative and ownership
