Communications Intern

You’ll be part of client teams from day one, working on campaigns for some of the world’s most exciting brands and organizations.

Spot what’s happening in the news and social conversations, turning insights into opportunities.

Help develop media strategies, press materials and compelling story angles.

Research brands, industries, culture and emerging trends to fuel creative thinking.

Create great work

Write and adapt content for media, social and digital channels.

Support product launches, influencer campaigns and events from idea to execution.

Brainstorm fresh concepts and bring new ideas to the table.

An internship at Edelman is designed to give you hands‑on experience, not just something that looks good on your CV.

You’ll:
Work on integrated campaigns across earned, owned, social and digital media. Learn how some of the world’s biggest brands build reputation and tell stories. Develop your writing, strategic thinking and presentation skills. Discover how AI is reshaping communications and how to use it effectively in your daily work. Receive coaching from experienced consultants who want to help you grow. Build a network that extends far beyond your internship.

You don’t need to know everything yet. We’re looking for people who are curious, proactive and excited to learn.

You:
Are currently studying Communications, Marketing or a related HBO/WO programme. Speak and write fluent Dutch and English. Love following the news, social media and what’s happening in culture. Enjoy writing and have an eye for detail. Take initiative and aren’t afraid to share your ideas. Can juggle different projects and stay organised. Are curious about AI and excited to explore how new technologies are changing communications.
