Brand Manager

As we continue to scale globally, we're looking for an experienced Brand Manager who is obsessed with brand building, storytelling, customer experience, and creating meaningful connections with our audience. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in shaping the future of modern menswear.

This is more than a brand management role.

You'll work at the intersection of Marketing, Creative, E-commerce, Product, and Leadership, helping translate our vision into powerful campaigns, brand experiences, and customer touchpoints. From campaign planning and brand strategy to content direction and market positioning, you'll have a direct impact on how ICON. Amsterdam is perceived by customers around the world.

We're looking for someone who:

• Preferably completed a bachelor's (HBO/WO) degree in Marketing, Branding, Business, Communication, or a related field but not mandatory.
• Has a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role.
• Has strong experience building and scaling consumer brands.
• Understands customer behavior, positioning, and storytelling.
• Can confidently manage cross-functional projects and external partners.
• Loves building premium brands and continuously raising the bar.
• Brings energy, ownership, creativity, and a solution-oriented mindset.
