At 433, content is at the heart of everything we do and how we connect with millions of football fans worldwide. We’re looking for a Head of Content & Growth to own our content and growth strategy end-to-end; from what we publish and where, to how we grow our audience and turn attention into lasting engagement. With the 433 app and social growth in key markets as our biggest strategic priorities, you’ll shape the content, marketing and growth strategy across our app and social channels, while setting the editorial standard and protecting the 433 brand and voice.
You’ll also drive the smart use of AI, new technologies and data to make our content more relevant, scalable and impactful.
This is a role for a strategic leader who knows how to turn great content into growth. About UsBorn from a deep passion for the beautiful game, 433 represents global football culture at its core. With more than 80 million followers worldwide, including many of the sport’s greatest players, we are the largest online football platform in the world. Through close relationships with players, clubs, and leagues, we operate inside the locker room, capturing moments fans never had access to before.
Through our social channels, app and content ecosystem, we bring fans closer to the players, clubs, competitions and moments they care about most. We move fast, think big and are constantly looking for new ways to connect with football fans. From breaking moments and original formats to new technology, products and creative ideas, 433 is where football culture and digital innovation come together.
