We are seeking a creative, proactive and hands-on Marketing, Communication & Tenant Experience Intern to join our team. This six-month internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience across marketing, communication and tenant experience while contributing to projects for OCP. As we are currently working on a rebranding, you will help build and roll out the renewed brand. We also actively use AI in our daily work and enjoy exploring new ways to apply it to content creation, communication and smarter ways of working.

• Create engaging content for online and offline channels
• Help shape and roll out the rebranding of LIV Residential into our new brand across different channels and materials
• Support the organisation of events and create engaging communication around them
• Use and explore AI tools to create content, improve communication and develop smarter ways of working
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance the customer journey and overall tenant experience
• Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders across the organization
