Turn customer understanding into distinctive creative that earns attention and drives demand.
This role brings creative judgment and performance marketing together. You will develop ideas from customer insight, translate them into campaigns and learn from how audiences respond, while preserving the character of the brand.
What you will build- Research customer motivations and turn them into clear creative concepts.
- Develop briefs and collaborate with creators and designers on campaign assets.
- Plan media tests and connect creative decisions with performance.
- Build a shared understanding of which messages, formats and stories resonate.
- A portfolio of creative concepts or campaigns developed from customer insight.
- Practical experience testing creative in paid media and using results to guide new ideas.
- Strong storytelling, briefing and feedback skills, with experience collaborating with creators or designers.
