Then this position as LCR Nurse at Vaccination Point in Amsterdam is just what you are looking for.

As an LCR Nurse at Vaccination Point, you will assist travellers preparing for their holiday, world trip or business trip. You will prepare travel recommendations based on the traveller's destination, duration of travel and personal situation. You then see the traveller at consultation hours, answer questions and administer the necessary vaccinations.

You work with healthy and motivated people who want to prepare well for their journey.

What sets this position apart from many other nursing roles? You will not be at the bedside, have no night shifts or acute care and will have the space to provide real personal advice to travellers. You will work independently on site, but at the same time be part of an engaged medical team of traveller medicine doctors, nurses and medical support staff.

Do you not yet have LCR registration, but have ambitions to work in traveller care? Then we would be happy to look at the possibilities of obtaining this training together.

• Independently carry out consultations for traveller vaccinations;
• Preparation of travel recommendations based on destination, trip duration and medical background;
• Advising travellers on vaccinations, malaria and travel health risks;
• Administering vaccinations according to LCR guidelines;
• Answering medical and practical questions;
• Maintain and process medical records;
• Ensuring a professional and customer‑friendly experience.

• A salary of €3300 to €3600 per month (based on 40 hours), appropriate to your knowledge and experience;

• Possess an HBO Nursing degree and are BIG‑registered;
• Possess LCR registration or be willing to obtain it at short notice;
• Customer‑friendliness is important and puts people at ease;
• Work accurately, be discreet and able to work independently;
• Be able to provide a VOG;
• Be available 12‑40 hours per week, by arrangement.
