SIGRA zoekt een enthousiaste verpleegkundig diabetes consulent voor de polikliniek Endocrinologie in Amsterdam. Je verzorgt de behandeling van diabetespatiënten in samenwerking met een multidisciplinair team van specialisten.
Het betreft een verantwoordelijke rol waar je intakes uitvoert en patiënten begeleidt met leefstijl en medische vragen.
