Arkin Jeugd en Gezin zoekt een betrokken verpleegkundige (HBO) voor het FACT Jeugdteam West in Amsterdam. Je biedt intensieve, ambulante zorg aan jongeren 14–24 jaar en treedt op als regiebehandelaar met een eigen caseload.
Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team en gebruikt een herstelgerichte aanpak in de leefwereld van de jongere. De functie vereist een HBO-opleiding Verpleegkunde en BIG-registratie met minimaal 2 jaar ervaring, bij voorkeur in GGZ/ambulant en ervaring met FACT of bereidheid
