Amsterdam UMC zoekt een Verpleegkundig consulent COGA om de verbinding te vormen tussen de afdeling en de verpleegkundigen binnen de organisatie. Je voert hoogcomplexe consulten uit in de kliniek en werkt afwisselend op de polikliniek, zowel zelfstandig als samen met artsen.
Je draagt bij aan geriatrisch onderwijs, herstelgerichte zorg en beleid voor betere zorgkwaliteit voor kwetsbare ouderen. Locatie AMC; mogelijk inzet op VUmc. Sollicitatiegesprekken gepland op 11 augustus 2026.
