Dianet I Thuis in dialysezorg zoekt een toegewijde dialyseverpleegkundige voor onze Amsterdamse locaties, met aandacht voor zowel volwassen als kinderdialyse. Je begeleidt patiënten, biedt specialistische dialysezorg en werkt in een multidisciplinair team binnen Amsterdam UMC.
Je train patiënten naar zelfstandigheid, mogelijk ook naar thuisdialyse, en ontwikkelt je binnen kinderdialyse. Wij bieden een inwerk- en opleidingstraject, flexibele uren en een vast dienstverband bij 16–36 uur per week.
