Amsterdam UMC zoekt een BIG-geregistreerde verpleegkundige met HBO-V voor de polikliniek en het multidisciplinaire hand- en polsteam van de afdeling Plastische chirurgie. Je coördineert zorg, ondersteunt polikliniek en MDO, bereidt spreekuren voor en bewaakt verslaglegging.
Je voert postoperatieve controles uit en biedt telefonische/digitale consulten, triageert verwijzingen en regelt nazorg. Daarnaast werk je aan protocollen, onderwijs en kwaliteitsprojecten binnen een academische zorgsetting.
