Amsterdam UMC zoekt een betrokken verpleegkundig consulent uro-stoma en continentie. Je begeleidt patiënten voor, tijdens en na trajecten met stoma of continentie en werkt in een klein, hecht team gericht op kwaliteit en continue verbetering.
Je rapporteert aan de afdeling Urologie en werkt zowel op de polikliniek als in de kliniek met professionals en naasten om zorg te optimaliseren en kennis te delen.
