Omring zoekt een parttime Coördinerend Verzorgende IG om de dagelijkse zorgverlening op locatie Sweelinckhof in Wognum te leiden. Je combineert zorg met coördinatie, waarbij je zorgplannen opstelt en thuissituaties bevorderd. Met een flexibele werkweek van 24-28 uur draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling van bewoners met somatische zorgvragen.
