Een zorginstelling in Amsterdam zoekt een ambulant verpleegkundige om structuur en zorg te bieden aan cliënten in crisissituaties. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team en hebt de verantwoordelijkheid voor het stabiliseren van cliënten. De rol vereist een hbo-opleiding verpleegkundige en minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in het ambulante werkveld. Daarnaast bieden wij ruimte voor professionele ontwikkeling en een vast dienstverband bij een dynamische organisatie.
