Zonnehuisgroep Amstelland in Amsterdam zoekt een Wijkverpleegkundige voor 24-36 uur per week. Als wijkverpleegkundige bied je zorg aan zelfstandig wonende ouderen en werk je samen in een multidisciplinair team.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verpleegkundige proces, van indiceren tot zorgplannen. Wij bieden een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband, ontwikkelmogelijkheden en een tekenbonus van €1.000,- bruto.
