Ons Tweede Thuis zoekt een verpleegkundige met affiniteit met NAH+ om als kartrekker binnen het kernteam NAH+ te werken op locatie de Meijboom. Je draagt bij aan passende zorg en begeleiding en bent aanspreekpunt in complexe situaties.
Je hebt een MBO-verpleegkunde opleiding en BIG-registratie; ervaring met de doelgroep en een flexibele, cliëntgerichte houding zijn essentieel voor deze rol. Er is ruimte voor groei en ontwikkeling binnen een multidisciplinair team.
