Amsterdam UMC zoekt een teamleider voor de Acute Opname Afdeling (AOA) en Specialistische Spoedopvang (SSO). Samen met de collega-teamleider geef je leiding aan circa 60 fte, bestaande uit verpleegkundigen, administratief personeel en afdelingsassistenten op locatie VUmc.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse coördinatie van zorg en stuurt op kwaliteit en doorstroom. Je stimuleert ontwikkeling, bewaakt planning en verzuim, denkt mee over vernieuwingen en bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer.
