About the Role
We are currently hiring  Real Estate Brokers – 100% Commission-Based (High Earning Potential)  to join our high-performance team in Dubai.

This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious professionals who are passionate about property sales, client advisory, and closing high-value deals. As a Real Estate Broker at Kamani Living, you will manage your own portfolio of buyers and sellers, work with exclusive listings and off‑market opportunities, and benefit from full marketing and operational support to maximize your earnings.

This is a  fully commission-based role , offering uncapped earning potential for high performers.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and build a strong client pipeline

List, market, and sell residential and commercial properties

Advise clients on buying, selling, and investment opportunities

Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

Stay up to date with Dubai’s real estate market trends

Represent Kamani Living with professionalism and strong market expertise

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in real estate brokerage or property sales (UAE experience preferred)

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and performance-focused

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Professional appearance and client-focused mindset

Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment
