Responsibilities Proactively approach occupiers for properties in our portfolio
Viewings of industrial or logistic buildings with occupiers
Conduct commercial negotiations with occupiers, real estate investors and developers
Take care of proper contractual documentation
Advise real estate investors and developers on the strategic positioning, marketing and leasing strategy of logistic and industrial buildings
Advise occupiers on their real estate strategy
Investigate alternative office locations for occupiers
Requisiti HBO or University Degree
+ 3 years of relevant working experience
An entrepreneurial spirit where own initiatives and ideas are welcomed
Sound language skills in both Dutch and English
