Experienced KRMT Real Estate Agent; Wonen

For our real estate agents team existing housing stock , we are looking for an experienced and motivated colleague who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Located in a beautiful spot near Vondelpark, we are a professional organization serving many clients in the high-end segment of Amsterdam’s housing market. We strive to maintain a high degree of diligence and integrity in our dealings with our clients. You will be working within a dynamic organization with approximately 40 employees. The management team consists of 7 partners.

Our existing-home real estate team consists of 9 agents who specialize in existing homes and serve as advisors, guiding and coaching clients through the buying and selling process at residences , particularly in the high-end market in Amsterdam. We also have a marketing team, an existing-home team, and a new-construction team. Broersma Werken is an independent organization within Broersma Werken en Wonen.

• Advising and assisting clients with the purchase and sale of residences.
• Actively seeking new business and maintaining existing client relationships.
• providing advice on valuation, positioning, sales strategy, and market trends.
• arranging showings and conducting negotiations.
• Identifying and capitalizing on commercial opportunities within the existing and potential customer base, including cross-selling.
• Actively maintaining a relevant network and contributing to the organization's commercial development.

• A KRMT diploma is required
• HBO working and thinking level
• At least 5 years of experience as a real estate agent
• Knowledge of the real estate market in Amsterdam and/or the high-end market is a plus
• Experience with Realworks is a plus
• excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English;
