Researcher - Locality Expert; Automotive

We are looking for Researchers to join our international project related to GIS and the Automotive industry.

Work schedule:

standard for the EU

Team: the team is international and distributed across various countries

Travel: this role might require doing some field trips if required because the client needs to validate the source of ground truth.

• Conduct market research around the trends in the auto industry (speed limits, other ADAS speed limits, signs, road types, and more)
• Work with the internal policy team on policy creation for the countries
• Perform meta quality control and random checks to identify quality issues
• Create country metrics for quality
• Act as the point of contact for country-related queries from any other internal team

• Minimum of three to four years of research experience, specializing in the auto industry, multimodal transport, road planning, or highway planning
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of market research methodologies
• Good local knowledge
• Ability to handle research across 5-6 countries within EMEA
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders across different teams and locations
• Flexibility to prioritize high-priority tasks and adapt to changing requirements
• Proficiency in English, French, and Dutch is required
• Additional language proficiency relevant to the allocated countries within EMEA is a plus
• Strong analytical skills to interpret research findings and draw actionable insights
• Ability to synthesize complex information into concise reports and presentations
