Join an exciting Researcher opportunity where you'll turn high‑impact partner data into clear, actionable insights that influence real business decisions. This role blends strong analytical work with stakeholder collaboration and vendor coordination in a fast‑paced, international tech environment. Perfect for someone passionate about data storytelling and making research truly drive impact.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the analysis and reporting of high‑value partner survey data, including data cleaning, reviewing, synthesising, and interpreting insights.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, concise, and stakeholder‑ready reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Research Manager and Senior Researcher to initiate and coordinate Partner CUJOs projects with external research vendors.
  • Support vendor management processes by helping define research scope, deliverables, timelines, and requirements.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Product, Design, Commercial, and other stakeholders to ensure research outputs are relevant and impactful.
  • Combine quantitative and qualitative insights where needed, with a strong emphasis on analytical delivery.
  • Identify meaningful patterns in data and connect findings to broader partner and business needs.
  • Ensure research outputs are well‑structured, actionable, and delivered on time.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in research delivery, ideally within an agency, consultancy, or in‑house environment.
  • Strong expertise in analysing survey data and producing clear, decision‑oriented reports.
  • Advanced quantitative research and data analysis skills; experience with research analytics tooling is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent data visualisation and storytelling capabilities, with the ability to communicate complex insights effectively to non‑research audiences.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with research leadership and cross‑functional teams.
  • Proven project management and coordination skills, particularly when working with external vendors.
  • A structured and analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • A degree in psychology, behavioural sciences, human‑computer interaction, economics, statistics, social sciences, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
