Sanofi in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Clinical Lead, Early Clinical & Experimental Therapeutics within our Translational Medicine Unit to design and lead first-in-human oncology studies across solid tumors and hematologic malignancies.
You will integrate preclinical data, biomarkers, and pharmacology into early development plans, guide Go/No-Go decisions, and collaborate with regulatory, safety, biostatistics, and CRO partners to advance the pipeline.
