POLARIS is offering a PhD position hosted at the University Hospital Tübingen, Germany, within an international, interdisciplinary network. You will develop and validate liquid biomarkers for leukodystrophies by integrating multi-omics data from patient samples and iPSC-derived models, while exploring disease signatures with metabolomics, lipidomics, proteomics and genomics.
You will work with iPSC-derived models and computational data integration, aligned with secondments at Orchard
