What will you do?

Manage inventory, KPIs, schedules, and orders with great attention to detail. Effectively guide the team and ensure smooth daily operations. Recruit, train, and develop a highly efficient and motivated team. Create an outstanding customer experience and handle any complaints professionally. Ensure every bowl is presented with quality and care- always with a smile!

• Has at least 3 years experience in the hospitality industry.
• Has leadership and management experience.
• Understands safety and hygiene (HACCP standards are a no-brainer for you).
• Is naturally hospitable-guest experience is in your DNA.
• Loves our concept and is passionate about healthy fast food.
• Is flexible—whether it's evenings or weekends, you’re ready to create the tastiest poké bowls!

• €3,449.65 gross/month
• 38-hour contract
• 25 vacation days
