For our client, we are searching for an exceptional  Executive Chef  to lead a high-profile contract catering operation in the Netherlands.

This role demands more than just culinary expertise—it requires a strategic, client-facing leader who can elevate standards, drive innovation, and deliver Michelin-level quality at scale.

Key Requirements:

Proven contract catering experience – You understand the pace, constraints, and opportunities of large-scale, client-driven operations.

3+ years as an Executive Chef in a comparable environment (high-volume, multi-stakeholder, or luxury contract settings).

Fluency in  Dutch  and English – Essential for client presentations, team leadership, and strategic discussions.

Tender & pitch mastery – Confident in food tender processes, you can articulate a compelling culinary vision to clients and stakeholders, turning concepts into winning proposals.

Someone who embodies international ambition, commercial acumen, and uncompromising standards

Ideal for professionals who have mastered the balance between creativity and operational rigour in contract catering
