Omschrijving functie
We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared consistently, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage and operate your assigned kitchen section independently
- Prepare and cook dishes according to Amra's recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards
- Assist with prep, stock control, and kitchen organization
- Support the Head Chef and collaborate with the kitchen team during service
- Talen Engels - Mondeling Goed , Schriftelijk Goed
- Overige eisen Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up
- Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Team player with good communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Experience with Georgian or Eastern European cuisine is a plus (but not required)
