The roleAs an Experienced Waiter / Waitress
, you are one of the faces of Noorderlicht.
You welcome guests, advise them on our menu, serve food and drinks, and ensure every visitor feels genuinely welcome. You work closely with the kitchen and your colleagues, keep an overview of your section, and remain calm and professional during busy services.
You'll be working across restaurant service, events, and festivals, making every shift different.
What will you do?- Welcome and assist guests throughout their visit
- Take food and drink orders and provide menu recommendations
- Serve food and beverages professionally
- Work with our Dish POS system
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen, bar, and events team
- Maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant and terrace
- Deliver outstanding hospitality and service every day
- At least one year of experience as a waiter or waitress in a professional restaurant is required
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
The ability to remain calm and organized during busy services - Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Good command of English. Dutch is a strong advantage.

Previous hospitality experience is required.
