60 Seconds to Napoli, Germany’s award-winning cult-favorite Neapolitan pizza concept is just about to arrive to the Netherlands. We have redefined the culinary scene with our legendary formula: original Neapolitan pizza made with premium-quality ingredients directly from Italy, a dough that rests for up to 72 hours, and a baking time of exactly 60 seconds at 485 degrees. Our mission is simple:

Now, we are expanding our rapidly evolving brand across borders to bring the #bestpizzaintown to the Netherlands. At the end of November 2026, we will open our very first Dutch location in the heart of Amsterdam at Spuistraat 291.

Your Mission as Restaurant Manager: Operational Leadership:
Take full personnel, organizational, and commercial ownership of the restaurant, ensuring flawless, high-energy workflows across the floor, bar, and kitchen. Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to handle workplace pressure without impacting team morale and work quality.
Performance & Strategy:
Actively monitor and hit target revenues and cost structures—analyzing KPIs like labor costs, productivity, and cost of goods to steer the venue efficiently.
Team Development:
Recruit, lead, and coach your service and kitchen teams, implementing our internal processes and onboarding new talent sustainably.
Guest Experience & Standards:
Act as the ultimate host on the floor, consistently auditing brand standards and legal regulations (HACCP, safety) while turning central rules into true hospitality.
