€2.800 - €3.300 per maand (op basis van 38 uur) Alleen dagdiensten, ca. 09:00 - 17:00 Voor een langere periode van 6 tot 12 maanden
Als Zelfstandig Werkend Kok werk je in de nieuwe, vaste lunchbrigade van een nieuw restaurant in Amsterdam.
Het restaurant werkt op casual fine dining niveau, met toegankelijke gerechten, hoogwaardige ingrediënten en een verzorgde presentatie.
De lunchbrigade werkt alleen overdag, naast het bestaande dinerteam van het restaurant.
Er wordt ambachtelijk gewerkt: van briochebroodjes en fondsen tot sauzen, dressings en huisgemaakte kroketten.
Je bent de Zelfstandig Werkend Kok die we zoeken als:- Je minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring hebt in een soortgelijke functie
- Je zowel de voorbereiding als de lunchservice zelfstandig aankunt
- Je vanuit basisingrediënten kunt produceren en je werk goed organiseert
- Je woont in of in de buurt van Amsterdam
