Barista Coffee Part-time

We look for baristas for both of our brands:
Bartine, our sourdough bakeries, and Popolo, our sandwich shop on the Herengracht. Either way the coffee bar is the heart of the counter, and the coffee gets the care it deserves.

This suits an experienced barista who loves specialty coffee and keeps their rhythm when the queue is out the door. You're part of the front-of-house team, you step in wherever it's busy, and you work a mix of weekdays and weekends. We hire in English.

• – Dial in and serve coffee to the same standard all day
• – Keep the queue moving at a happy pace, with time for the guest who can't decide
• – Keep the bar, the counter and the display in order, during service and after it

Daytime hours Both brands work in the daytime only. Your evenings are your own.

We train as we go Milk, latte art and the rest of the bar. We take time to train everyone.

Room to grow Everyone in our office started on the shop floor or in a kitchen here.
