Assistant Store Manager

O My Bag is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help manage the stores 24-40 hours a week in Amsterdam. As our Assistant Store Manager you will be supporting the Store Manager in motivating our store team and working together to provide a consistent high level of service.

• ✨ Connecting with customers and sharing the O My Bag story;
• ✨ Advising customers in their search for the right bag;
  With your clear knowledge and understanding of the O My Bag brand ambition and products, you create outstanding customer service experiences;
• ✨ Supporting the Store Manager with placing orders and organizing store stock;
  Organizing and overseeing in store activations, marketing activities, pop‑ups and in store events for customers;
• ✨ Training the team and supporting personal development;
• ✨ Proactively evaluating the product and sales performance on a daily basis, to ensure growth and initiate positive change;
• ✨ You have a keen eye for detail, making sure the shop always looks its best and ready for a customer to come in and have a great shopping experience.

• ✨ You LOVE making customers happy. You give top‑notch service, always with a smile and never rush!
• ✨ You’re a proactive problem‑solver with a can‑do attitude, able to juggle multiple customers while keeping your service amazing.

• ✨ You’re available for 24 - 40 hours per week and ready to dive in ASAP.
