ABOUT THIS ROLE

Cashiers are the face of the company and represent RIA in the community, therefore our Cashiers should provide an exceptional customer service and develop our Money Transfer business.

• Process money transfer orders with speed, accuracy and tact
• Provide information about Ria services to customers
• Resolve orders incidences working together with Customer Service department
• Organize the level of stocks and balance your own till quickly and without mistakes
• Follow the internal procedures for Compliance (AML) and Security in the store

• Cash handling experience is necessary (supermarket or in other retail business)
• Speaking English and some level of Dutch
• Speaking Bulgarian or Turkish or Arabic would be a great plus
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including some Saturdays
• Some computer knowledge with ability to use MS Word and Excel
• Living in Amsterdam or surroundings is necessary

We offer a 4-month contract to start with, the contract could be extended for a longer period afterward. It’s a part time contract of 24h per week, over 3 days.

There is a fixed salary of 1467€ gross per month + a monthly commission (from 0€ to 420€ gross per month) + and some benefits: meal expense (8€/working day), public transport tickets, cleaning allowance (2€/working day) and pension plan.

Our store is opened from Monday to Saturday from 8:45 to 18:45 with rotating shifts.
