Store Manager (f/m/x)   Your responsibilities:
You will manage the store from a business perspective and lead the sales team to achieve the store's sales targets.
As a fashion expert and representative of the Closed brand, you know the needs of our customers and offer high service and fashion advice.
Lead, train and motivate your team, including onboarding new employees.
Staff scheduling and vacation planning.
Appealing presentation of the Closed collections on the sales floor.
Carrying out operational tasks such as checkout procedures, inventory, deliveries, and visual merchandising.

Your profile:

Several years of experience in retail, preferably in the textile industry.
Professional experience as a store manager, branch manager, or a comparable position.
Talent for leading and motivating a team.
Distinct organizational talent.
You constantly acquire the necessary merchandise knowledge and live the Closed brand.
Fluent in Dutch and good English skills.
