Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

We are looking for a strong Store Manager to lead our store in Amsterdam.
Responsibilities   Sales: ensuring that the image of the Store is in line with corporate standards, the Store Manager will have to successfully lead the team to ensure sales maximization and the achievement of business targets.
Team Management: coordinate, train and inspire the team to create a positive environment and develop internal talents.
Operations: ensure the correct functioning of all store operations and activities, in line with the Company’s policies and procedures.
Requirements   At least 3-year experience in management positions within Retail.
Passion and dynamism.
Ability to work in a team and inspire people.
Strong results-orientation.
Flexibility with availability to work shifts and weekends.
Good knowledge of sales techniques and strong commercial skills.
Fluent knowledge of French and English. Any other foreign languages would be a plus.
